🏔️ BUIDLING at ETH Denver
It’s that time of year again when web3 builders flock to the snow-covered Colorado Rocky Mountains for the annual ETH Denver event. If you’re at the event this week, find our favorite governance researcher Ann running around and make sure to say hi. 🤘
On Tuesday, Ann jumped on a panel @ DAOs at Denver to discuss the challenges and opportunities of the DAO delegation model. Thanks to Tally, Boardroom, and the rest of the teams for hosting.

💼 👀 Vote Doo for Uniswap Accountability Committee
Over at Uniswap Governance, the community is voting on a Temp Check Snapshot proposal to create an “Accountability Committee for Licensure and Deployments.” The new community body expands and formalizes the work done by the previous working group of the same name.

Over the course of Uniswap DAO’s history, it has struggled to consistently enforce the v3 licensing agreement also known as the “Business Source License”, which grants external parties the right to use and expand Uniswap into other ecosystems. If approved, a 5-person committee will serve for six months and be responsible for the evaluation, approval, and execution of governance proposals.
Among the group of nominees are Kydo, Rafael Solari, Kendra Leong, Jun Sun, Cam O’Donnell, and our own Doo Wan Nam. Special thanks to Other Internet & Uniswap Foundation for pushing through this initiative.
Voting ends on Friday, March 3rd → VOTE 🗳️

🎠 1inch
Summary: Recent shifts in voting power at the 1inch DAO have prompted a need to consider raising the current quorum amount in order to ensure a resilient governance system is in place.
As such, we proposed raising the quorum, the amount needed for a proposal to pass, from 10M to 14M.Authors: Bobby and Kene

RFC: Formalizing Multichain Deployment Process

🆕 The Problem of Measuring DAO Maturity 🆕
In our latest blog post, we highlight a problem DAOs continue to face: the challenge of accurately measuring the state of decentralization within DAOs in order to protect users, operators, and investors alike. The Progressive Decentralization Playbook has served DAOs well on the difficult path to decentralization, but it’s presented us with a unique problem.
